They
are quick to respond to the battle call, but few are even
listening for the bugle, nor would they know what to do if they
heard it.
No time is spent with the Captain in prayer to receive
instructions, and rarely, if ever, is the weaponry, the Bible,
even observed, much less inspected and used to sharpen
witnessing skills. The anti-God religion of secular humanism has
invaded our government and public schools, and Christians have
simply let it happen. When the ACLU spews out its anti-God
venom, most Christians cower and run for cover instead of taking
a stand, daring the enemy to try to occupy one more inch of our
Lord's territory.
We are admonished to "Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in
Heaven." I weep as I envision our Heavenly Father hiding
His face in grief as He watches His children run from the battle
like cowards. Or they remain asleep, unaware that they are even
being attacked. It is no wonder that so many are deceived and
easily become victimized by satanic cults and those who pervert
the Gospel.
Yes, we are involved in a great spiritual warfare in which we
must utilize every weapon available if we expect to accomplish
the goal of reaching all nations with the message of Christ's
salvation.
It is my desire that professing Christians may be possessing
Christians. To this end our Bible Study Cassettes and Helps
Ministry are dedicated. Pray with us that Christ will be honored
and glorified through this mission. Christ is pleading, "GO
NOW into all the world and preach the Gospel." I truly
believe our days of service are few and our Lord is coming soon.
