I call him Son of Cain, and from everything I know about him, that is a proper rendering of his name. I genealogy it is well known that Mc and Mac mean son of. However his character also speaks of his being of Cain. The few prisoners who escaped tell a story about Cain which is about 180 degrees out of phase with the Cain we are presented with. It seems that he capitulated to his captors according to some. The fact the Satanists back him would tend to confirm that also.
